As we close out another remarkable year at Yappers Inc., I want to take a moment to acknowledge what we’ve built together. What started as a simple commitment to staying on the call a little longer has grown into a culture defined by connection, trust, and an impressive tolerance for long stories that absolutely could have been shorter.

This year, we exceeded expectations across every key talking metric. We aligned on topics we already agreed on while revisiting conversations we resolved weeks ago, often late into the evening. Through it all, you showed up with a willingness to keep going even when someone said, “okay last thing.” None of this happens without you. Your dedication to yapping with intention, supporting one another, and creating space for every thought, tangent, and dramatic pause is what makes this organization special. I am endlessly proud of the culture we’ve cultivated and deeply confident in where we’re headed next. As we look ahead, let’s continue to lead with curiosity, speak with conviction, and never underestimate the power of one more conversation.
